Modern hip new place with good and fantastic location close enough to King Abdullah park seafront and the Heritage Village and Dammam. New building and rooms on the windows in the bedroom.

Every time in Dammam, I choose this place. It's clean, excellent hotel and the staff is helpful and cooperative. The rooms are well-equipped and include coffee/tea makers, a fridge, and an oven. The bed is comfortable. The venue's location is fantastic, just off King Abdullah park, the Heritage Village, and Dammam corniche and King Abdullah park seafront and fishing spot.

The location of this place is amazing, within walking distance of everything, and the rooms have beautiful views from the windows.

Located in a quiet area with friendly and accommodating staff who upgraded our early arrival to a spacious, well-equipped room with a nice view. The rooftop pool was wonderful and the hotel is clean and tidy.

I had a great business trip in a very modern hotel with a perfect location. My room was well-equipped with a nice kitchen, microwave, and a fridge. The Corniche was next to the hotel, which was convenient for my morning runs. the owner was very helpful and receptive to solve any issue, which made my stay more comfortable.

There were a few minor setbacks. First, there was some noise, but although I asked twice, they didn't change my room.

I really enjoyed my stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and had a lovely ambiance. The beddings, including the pillows, blankets, and mattress, were of exceptional quality and provided enhanced comfort. I felt like I could stay in bed all day!
